After discussing with daddy, mummy wanted to try out putting Zeus with her parents' dog Toby twice a week - Tuesday and Thursday - so that at least Zeus will only be home alone every alternate day.
The first trial was yesterday and although Zeus and Toby were happy to see each other, the maid didn't have it too easy. According to her, Zeus peed and pooed all over the place, and whined when he was put back in his pen. And he didn't use his urine pad.
Daddy thinks this arrangement will ruin Zeus's toilet training.
So mummy suggested once a week, weds only, and strict guidelines about not being let out of his pen. We'll see how this goes.
